We are not responsible for any un-insured items that are lost/damaged in the post.
    Receive Signature:
    Please be advised all our parcel sent out not requested a receiver signature (but can be traced online when it’s on carrier’s system) , which means the parcel will be dropped at your front door if nobody in home. If you do need receive the parcel in person and leave signature to carrier, please pay extra to us for the signature service charged by the shipping company.
    14Days Accident Policy (including defect return/exchange, missing part/short sent etc.) - Please make sure contact with us within 14 days upon parcel arrived and inspected if there is anything you are not happy with what you got, if time got expired we reserve the right to refuse your application on refund or replacement or exchange.
    Defect - We will exchange the defective products, but only it shows the products itself has defects, we need clearer picture before you return the products us (get our approval first please). If it's your reason (e.g. size change) to return products itself exchange, yourself to bear the shipping cost for both come and back.
    Short/part missing - notice us at your earliest convenience within 14 days upon parcel arrived. Provide with us clear photo for the parcel you got - package and contents.
