The white marks are simply camera flash. There are NO marks/spots or blemishes on this sign.
ANY WHITE or BRIGHT white marks are ONLY glare from reflected light in the room when photos were taken.
Sign is so shiny and glossy it reflects all light and you can even see yourself and other mirrored reflections in the sign.
