    Description

    A small vintage box with removable cover with an intricate design showing a large ship passing through the Soo Locks at Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. The box is made of Syroco wood, or Repwood, a molded wood product that was very popular during the 1930s. No cracks or warps, but it does show slight wear, mostly on the lid. The bottom retains its original green felt.
    The box measures about 4-1/2" wide X 4" deep x 1-3/4" tall.
